Individuals age 18 and older are eligible to become members. Corporations and minors do not hold voting rights.

Any person eligible to be a regular member, together with the spouse and dependents of such qualifying member, shall be eligible for family membership. Family memberships are twice the amount as regular membership levels. Family memberships shall be entitled to cast two votes on all matters submitted to a vote of the members.
